LuxxWash Mobile Detailing – Deposit & Cancellation Policy

To secure your appointment with LuxxWash Mobile Detailing, a deposit is required at the time of booking.

Deposit Requirement

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all detailing appointments.

  • The deposit amount will be applied toward your total service cost.

  • Appointments are not guaranteed until the deposit is received.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

  • No-shows will also result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Late Arrivals

  • If we are unable to complete the service due to customer delay, lack of vehicle access, or unsafe conditions, the deposit may be forfeited.

Weather Policy (Mobile Services)

  • In the event of unsafe or severe weather conditions, LuxxWash Mobile Detailing reserves the right to reschedule your appointment. Your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date.
